Timothy Melton founded TAM Consulting in 1999 as an entity that would allow him to explore developing custom engineering software solutions for companies around the world that needed quick and customized programsto solve specific problems that could not be cost effectively addressed using commercial off-the-shelf software. Since then, TAM Consulting has provided custom engineering software solutions to many companies in addition to providing free software for the high-power rocketry community to assist with the development of experimental solid rocket motors. Energetic Materials of Oklahoma, L.L.C was formed to address the research and development and related hardware needs of our clients.
